New here.... Need motivational support

So, I came on this website to hopefully get some support and motivation to help me loose weight. I have a compressed disc between my L4-L5 and it sucks to workout. I have been using my back pain as a crutch to not work out and I realized that I can't do that anymore. I need to do what I can before I become overweight. Summer is coming up and I want to look better than I look now.
So, if you can, help me with support =)

    You can do it! Focus on making small changes and setting small, achievable goals. Just remember, it's a marathon, not a sprint.

    I had herniated the L5 too. The gym and some PT really help. I did PT exercises but then did some different leg exercises using machines (which I normally don't do). Do them one-legged so it isolates the weak side to build it up. Hope this helps. Add me if you want additional support.
