36 year old male. 6'4 361 lbs with 140 lbs to lose.

Hello. I've been on My Fitness Pal for awhile, but thought I'd introduce myself since I've never noticed these forums. So I though I'd take the tike to introduce myself.

I actually started trying to lose weight in September 2014, and ended up getting down to 330lbs. But I slipped up and gained all my weight back. Now I'm starting over again.

I love to lift weights and walk. Hope to get better with my cardio. I'm also on fitbit in case anyone wants to add me there. I have a long way to go.
