Pms appetite raging

I'm supposed to start my period soon and my appetite is raging! I want sweets sweets sweets! And I just found out that my husband ordered pizza for dinner! How will I ever stay strong?!?!

    I up my calories during my pms week. It hasn't caused me any back tracking.

    denial just makes me want it more. I either let myself have a lit little bit of everything I crave, or have a lot of ONE thing.

    The hubby ended up getting thai food. Sigh. A half cup for everything came out to 550 cals. I was suprised to say the least!! Moderation was key!

    Water water water. Plus extra exercise to work off extra food haha.

    I have this same problem. It's so hard! I just keep logging and try to eat a bit below maintenance instead of heavily restricting.

    Same issue! Was frustrated cause I couldn't eat enough after doing so well and then I remembered why I was so 'hungry'. I want cheese! Lol. Good luck!

    Aero hot chocolate, is 99cal a cup and really satisfying. Or a couple of pieces of dark chocolate (really nukes the pms cravings).

    Otherwise, ensure you have protein and more green veg, frozen spinach is really good for that.
