Hi
I have a pretty hectic life and am trying to get consistency
in my weight loss journey. I would like to lose about 8 kilos, but more importantly get and feel fit and strong. Making it all work within my life is a challenge. I know it's possible, I just have to stay motivated. Thanks in advance for your help :)
