Ok so im going on holiday in 5 days.
And the past week iv just been eating crap, i just seem to be unable too not..
But i am managing to meet my exercise goals. Doing a p90x lean workout everyday and a 30 day shred workout everyday..
So i need to know is there anything i can do food wise that will help me shed a few pounds in the next 5 days??
Anything....
Im willing to go a little crazy, like just trying to eat lettuce or something like that..
I really am just clutching at straws here...
But if anyone has any ideas, or knows of any like 5 day miracle diets, etc...
Please let me know!
Thnx.

welll this isn't a 'cure all' or a 'quick fix' but if you drink water...and only water..you will avoid drinking calories and you will feel full and not eat as much 'junk':)
and if your like me..and water just isn't the beverage of choice..then add a little Mio (0 calorie water enhancer)
good luck!0 -
A leg might weigh about 10lbs or so...0

GNC has a shake that you can drink 2x a day and tastes pretty good. Its called Go Lean, and I love the chocolate and vanilla the best. It makes a pretty decent meal replacement if you add some protein powder to it.0

Try and limit your sodium, and add more fruits and veggies to your diet. Also, like a previous poster mentioned, drink only water (though I might drink skim milk as well, for the calcium). A waist trimmer belt might help shed water weight.0

The go lean shake sounds like a good idea!
And i try to drink as much water as i can each day.
Defiantely going to look for the shakes next time i go to the shops!0 -
Shoot for high NUTRIENT, low calorie foods, so it's less likely that you go into starvation mode.
Broccoli, tomatoes, blueberries, greens, fresh fruits, etc.
There seem to be several websites out there that discuss nutrient density in foods. Don't waste any calories on grains or other starchy/sugary stuff.
While you may not want it now, there are meats, nuts, and other fats that are better choices for nutrient density. That may be for later.
God bless. . .0 -
There's not much you can do in 5 days other than try to build your self esteem. Learn to love yourself and enjoy your holiday...0

Ooo i heard you can use cling film for the same effect!
My mum use to wrap herslef in clingfilm before she exercised and the places covered sweet twice as much...
Hmm might be an interesting idea..0 -

So iv got the idea to look for these go lean shakes at the shop.
And to try and use cling film to burn more calories..
Bump for maybe 1 more idea?0 -
i peeked at your diary...you could try eating more fruits, veggies, etc. i see lots of candy and baked goods which seems to make up the bulk of your days. mine is also by no means perfect, but it seems like your body just isn't getting what it needs...real nutrition.
also, relax and enjoy the vacation its supposed to be fun!0
