Hi everyone! Need to lose 50lbs and have medical conditions that make it extra challenging, but I have hopes after everything I've read about MFP!!!

    Hi. I'm Kevin. I started with the goal of losing 50-60 pounds. I've lost about 34 so far. I'm doing it with diet modification aerobic exercise and weight training. Friend me if you want to provide mutual support. Good luck all.

    Hi, this is a great program. I have actually been doing the 21 day fix program but I need the extra motivation I can get from the people here on MFP and I love the system that MFP has in place that I can track my food and exercise. Feel free to add me. Looks like you and I pretty much have the same weight loss goal. Lets see each other through that journey :)

    To add someone... Click on their photo, a box will open up. Click on their name within the box and it brings you to an "add friend" option.
