I have been in the HMR program for 18 months. I lost 49.5 lbs in the first 6 months, and have put 27 back on. One of the guys in our class suggested this site and I'm glad I found it. Our assignment for the week was to keep track of all calories we eat on Saturday and Sunday. Well, this site makes it easy. I knew I didn't have a great day, but I really think writing everything down will make a difference.
