I'm trying to figure up what the calories and carbs would be if I were to remove the flatbread and just eat the bacon, egg, and cheese. Can someone help me with this?

Contact Kellogg's? Since they don't break down the nutrition label for each piece, it's impossible to know.

Just separately log bacon, eggs, and cheese. It might not be 100% accurate but I'm sure it will be close enough. I always err on the side of logging in slightly more food than I actually ate to make sure I'm not accidentally cheating.

I would log it add a whole and the add a negative sandwich thin (or what ever the closest bread in the database is). Just add it as a -1 serving and it will subtract those calories.

I have a Hamilton Beach Breakfast Sandwich maker - my most used kitchen appliance. Takes 5 minutes to make an egg sandwich and I can load it with veggies or whatever I want. I am completely in control of the calories. I LOVE it.
