Decided to give up all sorts of alcohol for the month of February. Who's with me!?

Literally just because I have given it up I could have fancied a glass of wine tonight. Went for a run instead and the feeling soon passed though :)

Just wanted to check in, how is it going? I have been getting headaches after just one drink lately, so this challenge is just what I needed. Thanks!

I kicked the sauce the last week of Dec 2015 and am still going strong. Headaches went away after 9 days. Sleeplessness went away after the first week. Temporary depression is gone. Bloat is gone. Eye puffiness has greatly lessened. Brains are firing faster. Sugar cravings are still going strong though. Best of luck everyone!!

I'm in. Not too hard though because I had some really awful craft beer last month. Every one I tried was bad and put me off it (normally a huge fan)...haven't drank in a couple of weeks, so here goes the rest of the month! Why not.

I'm in even with a late start. I'll give it one month exactly. Perhaps a successful sober February will lead to a sober March. I'm curious if a lot of my complaints could be related to alcohol. I've got a lot of congestion (I don't eat dairy), puffy eyes every morning, goopy eyes every morning (very annoying), I eat a very healthy diet, but struggle with alcohol. I'm motivated to see what a month without it will do.

I am definitely looking forward to how I will feel in a few weeks. My headaches are gone already so far. I also have major sugar cravings, and tend to drink sweet cocktails. Hopefully I can kill two birds with one stone here (what an awful idiom!) and cut out some sugar, too!

I'm in, haven't had a beer or drink since New Year's. Then my hubby drank the beers I was saving for Super Bowl. I don't want to buy more.

Successfully completed day 1...and on Super Bowl!! I'm not sure if it's legal to not drink on Super Bowl Sunday. I may have just broken the law :p

Oh wow. I'm in guys. This Irish *kitten* is gunna break the mould! Maybe I can stay off til Paddy's day next month... The only thing I'm afraid of is date's. A drink just helps it all along a wee bit...
