MM, I can't even imagine all you're juggling right now! How long will you be in Russia? I hate shopping, too - I've been kicking myself for giving away some of my intermediate-sized clothes, since my smaller stuff doesn't fit anymore. As V would say, boo to it. After this vacation (on which I am sure I will be feeling very fat and self-conscious), I need to start over. Logging - every - calorie. And, strength training of some sort, since my metabolism is in the tank.
But, now, I have to pack! Leaving tomorrow, so I probably won't check in for awhile. Hope you have a lovely week, and good luck with everything!

Good morning!
CP, We will be flying back on Friday, so kind of a quick trip this time. Steve might have a computer job to do in SA before we go back home. So we may not get back to our house until Sunday afternoon. I hope you have a great trip and you enjoy it immensely!
It appears my clothes are fitting again. A little snug but a lot better than it was a few days ago. Chugging water and going on the Russian diet works. The court suit I found yesterday is a size 12 which is pretty cool. It's is a pretty close fit so I can not gain weight. I tried on a 14 and it was falling off. There was about a 1 1/2 -2 inch difference in the waist of the skirt between sizes 12 and 14. So it's a good thing I feel smaller today. We also got gifts for Miss I last night. She's spoiled already.
We found out we may have to carry on our suitcases instead of checking them in because we may be there too late. So that means making sure they are under 15 pounds and the bags are under 45 inches. Yikes! This whole trip has been a tight squeeze!
I seem to be feeling a little bit better, but I've been to busy to really think about anything. I am sleeping decent which is a blessing but odd. My sister's bed isn't that comfortable and we've got a lot going on. I guess I'm just too worn out to not sleep.
Goals today: lots more water, no over eating, wash clothes and pack. And we have to go buy a few more little things for the trip.
Almost ready boogaloo.

Such exciting trips!
I didn't get my walk in yesterday, but I did do 2 hours of yoga - which is the longest I've done on my own. So success.
The movie theater was way comfy in the front row - they put in ottomans and big chairs for the front row. The rest of the theater has bigger than average chairs, but there isn't anything special about them. I think I will like this place. We did make the mistake of getting there right before the movie - they don't have theater wait staff, so we couldn't order food (this would be helpful to know on the website). We ended up ordering hummus and pita (it's an art theater ) from the concession stand and having that as snack. It was a bit on the pricy side, but it was very good - and freshly made.
So for dinner? Cucumbers and beets from the farmer's market, local cheese and bread, plus PB&J and plums. It was awesome. I'm going to rearrange my schedule so I can go to the farmer's market on Wednesday.
We did get a rotten tomato from the farmer's market - oh, my, I've never encountered one of these before. One of the worst smells out there. It got over some of the other veggies. I ended up throwing some veggies, and all of the tomatoes, away. Also got peaches from the same vender (he was the only one who had them) - also way overripe. So no peaches from the market - so sad. Thus, must go Wednesday.

Happy Sunday,
I am excited/nervous to go to Zumba at noon. I feel like I haven't been in ages. Other than that, it's probably just a stop at the produce market on the way home and finishing up the laundry. I had another reasonable amount of sleeping, so maybe the adjusting of the dosage did the trick. Fingers crossed, anywways. I also realized yesterday that the doctor didn't mention the bloodwork, so I'll need to call the office to check on that in case the results didn't make it from the lab to the office or something. . .
In other news, we might go look at an apartment tonight. A friend's parents own the building, so we will go and look. I'm holding on to the money pretty tightly right now, so I'm not so sure about moving, but stranger things have happened.
MM, try looking at one bag. com I used to be the world's heaviest packer, and now I never check anything.
Strange things happening everyday, boogaloo:flowerforyou:0
