Soooo over restrictive diets and feeling guilty!

Trying to keep a positive mind about food in general. I want my food to be healthy and delicious. I want to be sensible and still indulge and have fun :) who's with me?

    I never could do a restrictive diet.. I much prefer eating nutritious food that meets my calorie and macro goals. I like drinking too much to manage it any other way!

    I did LA weight loss 10 years ago right after my daughter was born. I lost over 80 lbs in a year, but it was so incredibly restrictive I don't think I could ever do it again. Trying to eat mostly veggies and protein on MFP so that I have room in my calorie intake for treats. I love chocolate! 20 days, 7 lbs down. So far so good!
