Carb cycling for fat loss and bodybuilding?

I'm currently at 20.5% BF and I want to drop to about 16% by April/May. I do intense weight lifting sessions 5-6x a week in the evening/afternoon and cardio in the AM.
I'm trying to build muscle or at least preserve what I already have built so I can shed some fat. I've been eating 149c/44f/152p for the past 2 weeks or so.
I've been trying to read up on carb cycling but I'm at a loss. I'm assuming on days I do intense training I need to eat more carbs but that only leaves on day where I'm not doing much. Would it be worth it to try and carb cycle or should I just eat consistent macros?
Thanks!! :)

I'd try the exercise forum for this question. I have absolutely no idea, I enjoy lifting weights too, but I'm trying to cut and maintain having three lifting sessions per week. Good luck. :]

To hit 16% you'll need to lose weight. You forgot to mention your current weight and calorie cut.

    Eat consistent 20/20/60.
