Hi this might sound a bit wrong but does anybody doing a low carb diet find that there dump is darker than normal.or have I got to get a check up at the doctor's lol

it actually has been but some days it's green depends on what i eat. Pretty sure it's normal so long as you aren't having extreme stomach pains.0

Think about what you're eating. A lot of carbs are light colored (bread, potatoes, rice). If you are not eating these things at all, and are eating a lot of dark leafy greens, then it stands to reason it would be darker than you're used to seeing.0 -

Drinking or eating foods with blue or green or purple food colouring can turn your poop green. It has happened to me after drinking blue g2 and another time having a grape slushie0

Poop is always changing color based on your diet. Tis a fact of life.0

I had to add apples and oatmeal back to my diet because I wasn't going to the bathroom. For whatever reason I don't lose weight unless I'm regular.0
