Hi all, posting this to make it official! As of today I am starting back at the beginning. Last year I had lost 50 pounds, the halfway mark of my goal. I was extremely proud of myself, but for some reason, like so many people in my shoes, I lost my drive, just got tired of the every day battle, and within NO time, nearly all that weight came back on. So I'm making a promise to myself that this will not happen again. I won't blame the program I was on, clearly it worked! All I did was log every day, maintain my calorie deficit, drink water, and walk every day. No, the blame goes entirely to me, I'm owning up to it, and letting it go. Now I'm putting my game face on and ready to do the work! I am choosing to look back in a year and thank myself for being brave enough to start again, and then KEEP GOING.
Thanks for reading. -Erin

I'm right there with you. I lost 65 lbs last year then gave up in December. As of this morning, I've gained back 25lbs. All my clothes are too tight and I'm so disappointed in myself. Today's my new start day. I have to get back in control. The scale is going to head back down starting now. We can do this together!0
