Hey everyone, I just started using the Fit in 10 DVD by Larysa Didio and I would love to hear from others who are either doing or have done it.

It's a 2 month program that's has you workout in 10 mins a day. It's designed for people who have busy schedules and just don't have enough one in the day to go to the gym. A lot of women who did the program lost at least 20 pounds and 20 inches in a 2 month time period. Today is my first day and this first 10 mins kicked my butt!!! I will keep you guys posted on my progress!!!

Now I've got to look that one up, I have never heard of it. I love workout DVDs. There was one I got Fit in 6 weeks and it kinda sucked.

I bought the dvd in February, but my dvd player needed a working remote to move from "chapter" to chapter. I'm three weeks in, and loving it. Wish I'd sorted out my technical problems sooner! With each workout being only 10 minutes, there really is no excuse for me not to do it. However, I find that once I complete a 10-minute workout, I go ahead for 2. I'm also "eating clean" as the plan recommends - I'm actually doing David King's eating plan.

I love that it focuses on lower body - big muscle groups - to rev up metabolism. There are upper body exercises, for sure, but women have more, um, assets in their lower bodies, so it makes sense. :-)

The Fit in 10 DVD is from Prevention Magazine, and sold through Rodale. They have other 10 minute workout dvd's, like Ballet Barre, Pilates, and Yoga. Once I complete this two month program, I'd like to mix it up with other 10 minute workouts, so if anyone has tried those what is your feedback?

Divacthatsme, how are you doing with the Fit in 10 workout now?
