    I just wanna try a regular ole hula hoop again.

    It's amazing that as kids we can keep that thing up for hours, but we unlearn how to 'move it' as we get older. Suddenly the hips won't function and I can't hula hoop!

    I think I need to go buy a hula hoop . :bigsmile:

    which weight did you buy the 3lb or 5lb?

    How much did you spend on ebay for it?

    I was looking at it at sportshoop.com...a 3lb is $28 + $7 S&H.

    I bought the 3lb one for $18.00 It also bends so I can store it easily.

    My mom bought one and she loved it. I tried it and thought I chipped a hip bone! My mom is in her mid 50s and can do it and I can't! :grumble: I just suck at it!! And I used to be good at hula hooping!

    Hooping, ooh how fun to be a kid again. I had never heard of Sports Hoop until I read thisboard. I did look them up. I love the look of the hoopnotica hoops. Has anyone used a hoopnotica hoop?? I REALLY have to get me one of those fabulous hoopnotica hoops:tongue:
