Im relatively good and try to eat healthy. I stick to my calorie count 5 out of 7 days and when i go over its only by 300-400max.. usually weekend drinking.
I burn 300-400 calories in the gym 4-5 times a week. But im still not where i need to be.
I really just want to get the last layer of fat off
Im 5ft 2in and 9st 9. Just feeling unmotivated.
I know if i eat totally clean and go gym everyday ill get down to 9st cause ive done it previously but i was unhappy and antisocial.. i just want a nice balance. Is that possible?

I think it is possible. Do you have any friends that go to the gym? Can you make friends there? I do crossfit which is very social, you always know the people you are working out with. Or what about joining some sort of team? Volleyball, kickball? Anything where you can be social and healthy at the same time. I also love going for coffee and a walk with a friend.0
