Do you eat your excercise calories? I am eating 1200 calories, but can't decide if I should eat the excercise calories or not.

    Yes, eat them all back.

Most of them, yes. If it's the end of the day and I have some left and am not really hungry, then I save them for the weekend (when I'm more likely to eat more). But overall, yes, I eat all or almost all back. Some people only eat back 50% to account for possible inflated exercise estimations.

At 1200 you should, yes. You might want to be careful you aren't overestimating them, though, as for some things MFP's estimates are high.

Im on 1240 a day and have been exercising every day but if I dont eat them to try to save for weekends or eat into them by half, it wont save the log to show on my feed.

Eat them if you wish to delay weight loss.
