Hello from the UK! (I assume you aren't in the UK) I had a big breakfast today so I am having my homemade butternut squash, sweet potato and carrot soup, a pink lady apple, a banana and celery with some cottage cheese0

Toasted Ezekiel bread topped with smashed Avocado, diced tomato, a fried egg (soft) and topped with baby arugula that I toss with Rachel Ray Balsamic Drizzle plus 1/2 cup of 1% cottage cheese on the side. Yum!!!0

I like to have snack like foods for lunch. So I'm having a serving of sweet potato tortilla chips with an individual cup of ranch guacamole, a sriracha mango chobani flip, and carrot sticks. Multiple thing makes me more fufilled0

Today I'm on the road so lunch consists of almonds, corn nuts, honey crisp apple and lemon polar seltzer. 330 calories and it holds me till gym time.0
