I am in. I have lost 16 pounds so far this year and today weigh 293. I will ...I WILL BE BELOW 200 BY THE END OF 2016...2 pounds a week at a time. Gentle cardio (walking) for at least 30 minutes EVERY DAY is essential for now. And honestly tracking every calorie you put into your mouth. We'll get there. We only have to do this today.
