Hi all
I'm Khalipha , South African and I joined gym 3 months ago. I had no energy through out the day and I decided that enough was enough. It thrills me to find out that there is so many people out there taking charge of their lives and doing good.

    Same here no energy and want to feel great this summer let's just hate shat we are doing now, but will love the results this summer when we get Them .
