I have to study this morning and want to get a workout in, but don't know if I should do the workout now and study after or do the workout after lunch with less worry?

Doesn't really matter. Do what you prefer.0

I prefer to workout and then eat my meal within 20 minutes after working out.
I feel too heavy to workout if I do it after eating.0 -
Also depends on your workout. If I'm doing heavy cardio, I eat after because my stomach gets upset if bouncing around with food in it. If I'm lifting, I can eat either before or after, but usually after because working out makes me hungry.0

Good points. I'm with you on the cardio. With lifting, if I'm doing it later in the day (i.e., not first thing in the morning) I'll eat my normal meal and then work out and then likely eat again after if I'm hungry (which I usually am.)0
