What would you tell your younger self if you could?

With such a massive range of ages, experiences and incredibly different lifestyles, I'd love to hear what people would tell their younger selves (be it 3 months or 30 years ago) and why? Anything from"seriously, get that banana out your bag now, it'll smell soon" to " change your career, marry that person, quit your job and backpack around the world".

Food doesn't make everything all better.

I'd tell my 30 year ago self to stop worrying, you are doing fine. I'd tell my 20 year ago self to stop worrying, those wild and crazy teenagers will grow to be wonderful caring people. I'd tell my 10 year ago self to stop getting lazy just because the kids are grown and pay attention to the fact that your pants are getting tight.0

Get down the gym and run more....but don't be obsessed by it0

Don't marry that high school boyfriend. Do stay in the gym after having kids. Finish college right after high school, rather than going back when you are married with a kid and a full-time job. Finish the PhD.0

Join the Navy and retire in 20 years.
Use condoms.
Don't marry the person I did marry.
Treat everyone better.

No one needs to eat an entire box of cheez-its in one sitting.0

You are a beautiful, amazing person. You don't need to change yourself to make others like you. Food won't make you happy.0

Don't be a dumbass! You'll only pay for it later0

Your hair is curly. Let it grow out and you'll realize that.0

That you are capable and can accomplish things, to work on self confidence, not to use food as entertainment.0

Go to college when your ex-father-in-law offered. That being in a relationship doesn't mean you wont be lonely. You are worth so much more than what you give yourself credit for. Call your Daddy more, he loves you more than you think, and one day you will miss being able to call.0
