My sister turn me onto this program. She lost 65lbs following this in one year and maintain the weight lost for the past two years. No yo yo diets, simply counting calories and working out for at least 30 min a day doing treadmill. Her calories intake was approximately 1600 and she never went over that. Another thing she incorporated was cutting off red meat and drinking plenty of water.
