    Looks delicious!! Mine is very similar to yours. Garden salad, 3 slices of ham and boiled egg. 116 cals :)

    Hello from the UK! (I assume you aren't in the UK) I had a big breakfast today so I am having my homemade butternut squash, sweet potato and carrot soup, a pink lady apple, a banana and celery with some cottage cheese :D

    Toasted Ezekiel bread topped with smashed Avocado, diced tomato, a fried egg (soft) and topped with baby arugula that I toss with Rachel Ray Balsamic Drizzle plus 1/2 cup of 1% cottage cheese on the side. Yum!!!

    A homemadee vegetable soup with onions, garlic, rice, potatoes, canned tomatoes, frozen mixed veggies and red lentils. Side of slice of bread with a tsp butter. YUM

    Today mine was a wholemeal pitta with a little chicken liver pate and some avocado, with a pile of lettuce and tomato on the side, a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, and a banana for dessert.

    I like to have snack like foods for lunch. So I'm having a serving of sweet potato tortilla chips with an individual cup of ranch guacamole, a sriracha mango chobani flip, and carrot sticks. Multiple thing makes me more fufilled :)

    Today I'm on the road so lunch consists of almonds, corn nuts, honey crisp apple and lemon polar seltzer. 330 calories and it holds me till gym time.
