I used this site on and off for the past year, but stress of a nasty divorce got me down and I gained weight.

NOW I am very happy and getting married on September 26th to the most wonderful man in the world - I am so lucky.

NOW is my incentive to get serious about losing around 30lbs!

I'll be posting lots and looking for lots of encouragement so see you around!

Oh and here is where I am getting married.

Amazing venue, you must be so excited!

I'm getting married August 29th and I'm so nervous i somethimes cry for no reason (We call it "bride moments")...I would love to lose about 30 pounds too before the wedding.

My goals for the next two weeks:
    -Stay on calories
-Exercise 30 minutes a day 4 times a week or more
-do any cardio/core work my physcio. therapist lets me (I had a car accident yesterday adn have some back issues)
-drink 5 glasses of water a day

Feel free to check in with me whenever you need support!

Congratulations to both of you! I've been married 15yrs and love my DH more today than the day I married him. I wish you both the best as you plan and start your marriages.

Bride, how is your back? Did you see the DR? Make sure this all goes through the insurance. You don't want to be paying for this in a few years if it causes problems. Your PT will be the best place for exercise.
