6 egg whites
1 c oatmeal
1 c low-fat cottage cheese
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Blend in blender until smooth. 1/4 cup servings. Cook just as you would normal pancakes. Healthy and yummy. Top with fruit.
The pancakes themselves are about 65 calories a piece .0 -
