@ 200 lbs back in December 2009
by June 2010, I got down to 145 lbs
Ate less, healthier food, and ran virtually everyday for at least 3 miles
simple. eat less, eat healthier food, and exercise.

Love this! People tell me all the time they think its expensive to eat healthy food, when really it is cheaper! Because you are eating LESS food. WHen you are eating only junk and processed food, not only are you eating worse, but end up eating more!0
