Losing baby weight after 2 years

So, 2 weeks ago I decided to lose the baby weight before he turns 2, 5th December so I can look great in the pictures again. I have lost 1 Kilo so far. 5 to go or 9 to my goal. If I am doing this I might as well push myself further. I am loving this app. My new best friend. I live in London, barnes, anyone else in a similar situation?

    Am late to reply. My baby is nearly a year & I am hanging on to a stubborn 10lbs. I think it is the sleep deprivation.
