Hey everyone!
I am a student athlete and in good shape, but I really want to up tone up a little bit more. It can be difficult to weight lift like I want to because I don't want to do too much and be sore for a game. If anyone knows good ab workouts, cardio workouts, or leg and arm workouts (running intervals, free weights, anything) please share! Also, any good recipes for healthy foods would be awesome. I know a few, but I don't want to keep cooking the same stuff over and over again. Specifically, a good breakfast meal to start the day. Stay fit!
Thanks,
Keeli

Hey there! I am a student too, and am really bad about getting out of my apartment in time. I make some easy overnight oats for breakfast on the go. I put in 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup milk and a tbsp. Peanut butter. You can add all kinds of stuff to make it good like chia seeds for extra protein and berries. Just make it up and store it in the fridge over night and it's ready to go! It's around 320 cal. W/o any extras added. Hope this is helpful! Keep up the great work, and feel free to add me if you want! I love good clean eating! ❤️ and a beer every now and again ;)
