'Mostly' Raw and Vegan 30 Day Challenge!

Hello to all! :)

Who would like to join me in eating mainly 'raw' but vegan foods for the next 30 days? Or not even 'raw,' but vegan!! There are numerous studies and reports out there about how beneficial eating raw, unprocessed foods can be for the body. Whole, plant based foods are easier for the body to digest, and contain all the beneficial nutrients that the body needs. It can be also a cleanse for the body to not have to digest meat products which definitely take a lot more effort for the body to digest.
