5stone lost and still loosing !!!

Hi all its taken me a while over 3 years but lost 5stone 2 as of today you might think took a while but i have extreme rheumatoid arthritis in my whole body so exercise can often be a challenge but i must say im very proud of myself and feel amazing for it

my goal weight is 132-136lbs so nearly there

my fitness pal has been extremely helpfull on my journey.

I have about 7lbs left to my final goal and the past 2 weeks my arthritis has been extremely bad so no exercise at all

so my weight loss has halted i hope to be back on track soon so i can reach my goal by my spain holiday for the first time ever im looking at bikinis lol.
So thankyou for all your wonderful supportive comments it really helps ☺
