    Whatever you like. Sometimes, for me, it's hard when food is still jostling around in the stomach.

    Meal timing is of little moment, unless it causes an upset while working out. Trial and, possible, error would tell you what is best for you. The timing of your caloric intake is completely up to your personal preference.

    Agree with pondee. It doesn't really matter. Find what works best for you. I personally eat a little snack before - I get too hungry and distracted during if I don't - and a larger meal after. But some people hate working out with food in their stomachs. It just depends on the individual - don't sweat it too much :]

    It is fine either way you do it.
    You may find you have more energy to work out if you eat something 1 hour prior to workout. J
