Hello everyone, my name is andy, and im trying to understand what is going on on my cheeks.
They look puffy, but they are not fat (i think) if i press against them, it feel like a sponge, and i'm not sure if it's fat or bloating/skin laxity.
Before i lost weight my cheeks were fat, and "solid"
how can i tell if its fat or not?
thank you guys

Could be a bunch of things. A food allergy, too much sodium, hives, a reaction to a high caff drink, even your genes.
Start tracking your daily sodium as a start.0 -
It just looks normal to me.0

It could also be a symptom of hypothyroidism if it comes on intermittently.
Here's my face with hypothyroidism. This happens every few months.
