What is a normal activity (gym 3x to 4x a week)trying to lose weight macros percentage breakdown?

    You should go to a local Nutrishop (or fitness place) where they can do a breakdown for you. They have a machine that calculates everything! That's what I did. Been on it for about 4 months now. Counting Macros is challenging!

    I stick with a 60-25-15 ratio of carb-fat-protein. I've gone from 200 to 175lbs in 2 months while decreasing my body fat % by 7% and increasing my muscle mass % by 5%. I also incorporate intermittent fasting and ensure my caloric deficit is at least 250-500 calories per day. But I never go under my BMR since you will start to lose lean muscle mass if you go to low in calories.
