Strech Marks

Anyone have any ideas on how to get rid of stretch marks from fat loss. Mostly stretch marks on the sides of the lower belly that run down to the butt.

There's really no foolproof way to do that. They fade with time and you can use creams to moisturize but they won't actually make them disappear.0

Yup. Most women have them. I've never been overweight and never been pregnant but have lots from puberty0

Some people say mederma or cocoa butter. I don't think anything really makes them go away though, since they're essentially scars. They do fade over time.0

they fade in time. there is no magic, pill, cream or lotion.

Short of surgery to remove the affected skin, not much. Time will usually fade them, and losing fat under the affected skin may reduce the appearance (the way the pattern on a stretched piece of fabric is more exaggerated than the same piece under less tension), but they're scars. Good skin care can help minimize the look of scars, but isn't going to make them disappear entirely.
Avoiding sun exposure to the affected areas helps fade them and keeps them from darkening (true of stretch marks and all scars).
Being in good shape with stretch marks is still a huge aesthetic improvement, and nearly everybody has them somewhere and is too busy worrying about their own imperfections to notice yours, so don't let them get you down.0 -
for the record, ive never had a guy (and there have been lots) notice or care about them OP.... really, the ONLY person who cares is you. it doesnt make them go away, but maybe that will make you feel a little better
