How many calories would you all say I burned doing 1 mile of walk/jog I forgot to time it but im guessing at least 20 min

    Here's another calculator

It's going to depend upon how big you are.

Personally, at 160lbs, I'd generally say 50cals per mile walking or 100 cals per mile running, so if I wasn't running continuously, somewhere between those.

The key point is your weight, not how fast you did the whole thing.

Depends on the time doing each. You burn about 30 cal/mile for every 100lbs you weigh and about 63 for running. It's mass over distance the only time velocity becomes important would be if you were race walking at over 5mph at which point you're burning more calories than you do running.

Well, if you traveled 1 mile in 20 minutes, then you walked/jogged at an avg. speed of 3mph. Choose that option under cardio and see what MFP gives you. It's the best estimate you can do.
