I stopped writing everything in about a week ago. I finally got the hang of it. Portion control. Low to no carbs, whole food, no dairy. Of course there's cheats but I'm proud to say not big ones. Looking to make other friends for support and also to support. My goal is 118 size 3-5 I can't wait to be able to fit in my clothing. I'm 5'2" if you have any breakfast or lunch recommdations I'd appreciate those recipes!

There are 3 macronutrients: carbohydrate, protein, and fat. I assume you mean low to no cereal grains. I try to not go over 130-150 carbs per day. I also have 40 lbs to lose. I am losing 2-3 lbs per week. For weekday breakfasts I make a whole foods smoothie from plain ff yogurt, greens, berries, nuts, and seeds. Having a Vitamix is a blessing. This week for lunches I made a beautiful salad from spinach, quinoa, black beans, roasted sweet potato cubes, blue cheese, red pepper, and green onions. I dressed it with a homemade lime oregano olive oil dressing. Get creative and plan ahead. You can do this.

Good luck on your journey, Shazzmatazz. For lunch today I'm having 4 oz. of albacore tuna packed in water (drained), 1 hard boiled egg, chopped, diced pickle and 2 tbl. of low fat mayo - I'm having it on bread, but since you are doing low/no carbs, you could easily have this on a bed of lettuce.
