Anybody follow Jackie Warner's Diet Plans?

I just started following Jackie Warner's diet plan in the book, "This is Why You're Sick and Tired", and I'm not ready to report progress cause it hasn't even been a week. But I'm wondering if others out there have followed or are following her program with any success. The meal plan and recipes are straightforward and very tasty and the workout routine is also easy to follow (coming from someone that is a full-time working professional, masters student, and mom). Overall, it seems like a lifestyle change that I can adopt but I'm curious to know how others have used the program, did you lose weight, did you build muscle?

    I'm interested too. I just read This Is Why You're Fat and started incorporating some of her rules and I'm actually already starting to notice a difference. I was already eating kind of similar but not exactly. I think cutting sugar is making the biggest difference because I was still allowing a few things here or there everyday and I think they were adding up more than I thought.
