Hello everyone!
I am new to this site and I am very excited. I started back on my excercise routine last week and I am determine to keep it up. I know it will be a uphill battle but I will not give up!!! I have too much to look forward to within my life. I have to take control and press on!!! I will take one day at a time with a great big smile.

Baby steps...log everything you eat! eat healthy , and watch your portion sizes and keep moving....the weight will come off : )0

I'm new to this site too . Like you I'm excited. I started dieting in November and have lost 40 lbs. Since then I have had some illness that has interefered with my exercising . Twice I've had a staph infection in my leg. But I will not let this deter me from losing weight. I joined this program to keep me focused and on track., and to have support from others.Remember you are not alone. I'm going to keep looking forward to the prize ... losing weight and better health. Like you, I will take one day at a time.You hang in there. I'll be rooting for you.
