I have lost 11.8 pounds, so you may as well say 12. I just started on new years day and I know it won't keep coming off that fast but I am so ready and determined to get it off. I know it took a long time to put it on and it will take a long time to take it off. Thanks for this amazing site, I love it and I recommend it to everyone that mentions to me that they are interested in losing weight. :drinker: :bigsmile: :flowerforyou:

    Thanks so much, all I do is :drinker: water all day and that is all I drink, LOL. I really appreciate the encouragement.
