I log in less now than I used to because I'm pretty much where I had set my goal last year. I log my food here and there, keep track of my weight, and if I start trending towards a gain, I tighten up my logging.
Before that, when I was working hard towards losing, I was on top of every morsel.0 -
I log in daily, even if I don't track anything other than my water. I just got back on track after being pretty off track for a couple of weeks. Add me!0
