Plan is to tone up, anyone else?

Hi everyone i am from the UK and i have had this profile for ages but before i was trying to lose weight, ive lost 21 lbs now and and am not planning on losing anymore. I am now trying to get a really toned, hot body and increase my overall fitness.

It would be nice to have follow some people that have similar goals for extra motivation!

I also have Strava and Fitbit :)

I like cycling, i hate running but i do it sometimes lol, I'm very much into gym classes like powerhoop, fitball and yoga. I am looking to do more weights aswell.

    Hi Lu. Great post. I am similar although I still have body fat I want to lose. I am a mountain climber who had a terrible foot injury which resulted in surgery and 16 weeks non-weight bearing. Gained some fat due to inactivity. Using MFP integrated with my Fitbit Surge to manage calories in/out. Very helpful given I do 1.5 to 2 hours strength and endurance exercise every day. About another 5 lbs of fat to lose and of course toning and strengthening is constant. Happy to work with you for accountability. It definitely helps!

    My plan as well!! Except I like running , love yoga and do Zumba ! I don't have a Fitbit yet! Soon hopefully !!
