330 lbs to 205 lbs in 1 1/2 years (lots of pics)

This weight loss was done with lots of exercise and a little bit of dieting. I am now focusing on the diet because my knees took a beating with all that exercise and I can't do as much as I was. Becoming a Zumba instructor for awhile helped a lot :)

    Well done! You must be tall because you didn't look that big at 330 lbs. I started two months ago at 309 lbs and nobody believes that I was that heavy or that I am as heavy as I am now. More space to disperse the weight I guess. Well anyway, very inspiring! Thanks for sharing!
