    Ground turkey
    Chopped onion
    Egg
    Breadcrumbs
    Ketchup
    Salt
    Pepper
    Onion and garlic powder

When it's almost done put more ketchup on top and bake some more.

Sorry I don't measure when I cook it but I will bake it low on 325 covered to get tender and juicy then take cover off and turn heat up until it's done.

    Ground turkey
    Salsa
    One egg
Box of stove top stuffing (not prepared)
    Chopped onion

    Spread ketchup on top

I don' t measure either but a pound or so of ground turkey with this recipe makes a deep dish glass pie plate size. Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes.

I absolutely love the eating well basic turkey meatloaf but I like to swap in spinach and mushroom for the celery (not crazy about celery), and I use turkey instead of beef (price!). We also bake it in muffin tins and flash freeze for quick dinners or snacks.

I found using Gravy Master in the mix adds moisture and a nice savory flavor and color to the turkey meatloaf...along with that, I added some shredded white cheddar, egg, dried mustard, paprika, thyme, sautéed or dehydrated onions, garlic powder, Lawry's seasoned salt, cracked pepper and plain bread crumbs...I made a glaze with ketchup, and a little molasses, soy sauce and honey...I found using less eggs gave me a firmer meatloaf, so now I will use 1 egg per pound of meat. I love meatloaf and am still trying all difference ways to make them!! :):)

Other than the ketchup on top this is the pretty much the basis for any burger, ball, loaf I make. Other than that it depends what I am in the mood for...

This is not only my favorite turkey meatloaf, it's my favorite meatloaf of any kind:

I use two eggs, but otherwise I follow the recipe pretty closely.

    Yum.

Ok, anyone have suggestions for a nice moist but firm meatloaf? Mine have been kind of loose, for lack of a better word, and I chalk it up to too many eggs. Tasty, yes, firm, not so much.

The skinnytaste one I linked above is firm.

    Ground turkey
    Shredded carrot
    1 chopped jalapeño
    Chopped onion
    Bread crumbs
    1 egg
Sometimes I put a few tablespoons of bbq sauce in it and top it with a ketchup, honey, and sirracha sauce mix.

I actually am one of those people who hates meatloaf. For some reason, it makes me gag. However, I also make this one. I LOVE it. It's literally the only meatloaf I can and will ever eat. So good.

A hint if you want to get it crispy without drying out the lean ground turkey...take a bit of egg white mixed with some Kitchen Bouquet mix together and paint on with a silicone brush. Works great.
