Hello
I am in Ontario just outside of Windsor. Just joined the site today. So far so good. I have 15lbs to lose to get to my goal weight & my cholesterol is a bit high as well.
I have my food intake under control to reduce my weight & clean up my Cholesterol.
Work out @ xanadu gym every day after work.
I have a new outlook on life now & there is no looking back...
