Poaching fish in milk - how many calories added?

I'm going to poach some true cod in milk, but I have no idea how much of the milk gets into the fish so I have no idea how much milk to log.
Fish weight: 7.6 oz raw
I don't plan to eat any of the milk in a sauce.
Thanks!

You could measure the milk before putting it in the bowl. Pouch the fish then measure the remaining milk.0

Although wouldn't some milk also be lost through evaporation?0

I wouldn't add any because fish isn't really porous and the teaspoon or so of milk that might cling to the meat is immaterial in calories.0
