How to lose weight after being on a diet for over 3 months

So I am currently 5ft4 and weight 107~108lb
but i want to go under-weight and want to weight about 100
I started my diet on Nov. 1, 2015 and when I started, I weighed about 121
with strict meal & exercise I lost 10lb for 3months.
From this point on, I actually have not lose weight so I am actually getting really stressed
since i exercise about 2hr cardio 1 hr weight

my exercise schedule is
about 30~35min stairs (I work at 19th floor so I walk from 6th floor to 19th floor 6~7times a day)
1 hr cardio (curved one lose about 1200cal but I assume with my weight I only lose 70% of that calories)
and if I have energy, I do weights for 1hr (uses 10lb for back, arms, and squat, and 5lb for side arms, and no weight for lunges, abs, and hips)

and usually for my eating

I eat
breakfast: 1/2 fuji apple+protein shake (1scoop) or chicken breast cooked with onions garlic with oyster sauce 1T or beef tenderlion + Sweet Pumpkin (or squash) of 150g
for lunch: I eat tofu sweet pumpkin dressing (dressing is made of sweet pumpkin & water) +paprika (red yellow & orange) about 300gs (but I eat this through out the days)

for Dinner: I usually eat salad from trader's joe (no dressing) + either cooked chicken breast with onions garlic & oyster sauce 1T, or tilipia

So... What should I do to become under weight!!!! It is important for me to become 100lb.... I need to ware my dress by may...

I'm sorry, but that is not healthy or advisable at all. Why do you want to be underweight? Do you have history of an eating disorder?

Being underweight is incredibly dangerous for you health! DON'T DO IT! I can absolutely promise you that NO dress and NO event is that important. I can't imagine anyone on here giving you advice to help you deliberately damage your health. If you are still unhappy with your body, you should consider lifting weights to change your shape. With lifting, you could even gain some weight while remaining tiny. And no lifting won't make you "bulky" unless you are deliberately trying VERY hard to build huge muscles.

Your not going to get a lot of support to be underweight. Honestly if you don't like your shape I recommend eating more and weight training. Putting so much emphasis on a weight number instead of your actual shape and health is bad. At your weight the #shuldnt matter it's about body composition.

OP, I'm not sure if you are over 18 or not, but either way -- do you have a trusted relative or friend you can talk to about this? It sounds like it is time to seek some help.
