I've always eaten fairly well, but I would also snack and eat sweets too. I gave up junk for lent and I'm about 680 calories under my daily 1500. I felt full though, but I've had a headache for a few hours. Is the headache related to not eating enough calories?

Have you given up a caffeinated beverage by any chance?

Maybe not eating enough or not drinking enough water.
    But I'm just guessing.
I get headaches when I don't eat enough.
    Or if I need caffeine.

I always get huge headaches and migraines the first week of eating healthy. Even when I don't cut junk out 100%. Caffeine is huge so I make sure I drink it in the morning.

What do you mean by junk? You may be more successful picking your biggest food temptations and doing that. I chose to specifically give up chicken nuggets because they pretty much control my life and sabotage my weight loss. I'm still open to other foods but I know if I'm
Not gonna eat chicken nuggets the chance of me going to McDonald's is lessened a great deal.

If you continue to eat only 800-ish calories per day, headaches will be the least of your problems.

also a slim chance the lettuce you ate wasn't rinsed properly/or treated w/ something that you are sensitive to...

    but yeah, eat more

I'm pretty sure only eating 800ish calories would probably give me a headache...and a whole host of other issues down the line.
