13 carbs ans 660 calories left for the day

Do you have a suggestion? I am new to counting carbs.

    Eating something that once had a face almost guarantees you won't eat any carbs.

    Well, veggies and lean meats are low in carbs and if you add couscous or some other lower carb grain you should get a good meal in.

    Green Veg is usually good for low carbs too.

    Nuts are a great snack item, perhaps along with some yogurt or carrots. It won't get you to 660 calories but it will keep you within the carb count. Honestly, though, I don't worry too much about the macronutrients MFP tracks. I like to have an idea where I am on sodium and protein, but it doesn't rule my food choices.
